Method

  1. 500g of plain flour. 5g of baking powder ½ teaspoon of salt. Divide 5 medium-sized eggs into yolks and whites. 200g of powdered sugar, 250g of butter, 5 egg yolks. Add loose ingredients in two parts. Set aside the dough and continue preparing the filling. 200 ml of milk. 80 g of strawberry pudding powder. 300 ml of milk. Add 8 spoons of sugar and heat the milk.
  2. Pour in the milk with the pudding and cook the porridge while stirring constantly. Stir the pudding occasionally and cool it in cold water. Chilled pudding. 450g of sour cream. 15g of vanilla sugar. 5 egg whites. Mix the snow into the filling very carefully. After baking, the filling resembles JOJO foam candies. We will divide the dough into a larger and smaller part.
  3. Line a higher baking pan 25 x 35 cm with baking paper. Cut the larger part of the dough into pieces and place them on the baking sheet. We will raise the edge of the road. Pour the filling onto the dough. We will also divide the rest of the dough into smaller parts. Place the rolls of dough on top of the filling in the shape of a grid. Bake in an oven heated to 180° / 35-40 minutes until golden.
  4. The cake is fragile after baking. It is best to cut it the next day, when it has become slightly moist. I sugared the cake and, out of curiosity, cut it immediately after cooling. It tasted very good, but the next day, after it had softened, it was just amazing.
